Good hot breakfast with coffee, tea, and cereals. Climate control, coffee facilities, and complimentary WiFi in the room and the nice bed.

The location is simply super
Elevator was broken, and wherever there was something to do with the waiters or waitresses, they were just chatting and didn't concentrate on their job, that wasn't so nice.

Convenient stay for friend's 60th birthday lunch/party. Efficiency of lunch service for the many groups participating in the carvery lunch. Value for money.
Could do with a facelift.

Every time in Coventry we stay in this hotel. Peaceful and fairly clean place to stay in, it has pretty friendly staff with that member of staff. The restaurant serves excellent French food.

The room was spacious n nice, liked the decent shower too. Staff were friendly for the most part. The gardens outside were chill and added to the vibes. The price was pretty decent for what i got. I'll think bout staying here again if i'm in the area for work.
But the place felt a bit outdated and needed some proper management. Also had issues with the food not bein that great, didn't really enjoy the meals.

receptionist (an Irish lad) was very helpful and extremely efficient. He was an excellent frnt man for the hotel.

missingWrote a review on 18 Novwell-maintained gardensroom mix-uppoor communication
Well-maintained gardens add charm to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we faced a shocking situation where strangers were already in our assigned rooms. The front desk staff brushed it off as a computer error, which did little to calm our nerves after such an invasion of privacy. We spent the night on edge, unable to sleep, worried that someone else might enter our rooms again. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable, and I'm forced to raise a formal complaint about the disorganization.

Rooms tired, like most Britannia run hotels, abrupt staff and poor communication regarding the fact our stay was at the same time as a very large function with disco. Not enjoyable. Poor complaints precedure.

That it was within easy reach of Birmingham NEC without being in the city. Pleasant surroundings, neatly tucked away from the road.
The toilet paper was very cheap and nasty. Something you would expect in a public toilet not a hotel. Breakfast if paid for at the hotel, too expensive. Would book online next time!
